River Farm is an exciting new master-planned community coming to Belton, Texas, developed by Hunt Communities on the historic Utley Ranch. The Belton City Council approved preliminary and final plats in 2025, and a groundbreaking ceremony was held on September 24, 2025. Home construction in Phase 1 began in early 2026. Home Builders
River Farm is being developed by Hunt Communities, one of the nation's largest private developers. Home builder partners will be announced as construction progresses.
